Financing, implementation, operation of Photovoltaic power plants
What we do
RC-Sun is a company focused on the rental of photovoltaic power plants.
There is often a free area on the building owner’s roof for the installation of solar panels. RC-Sun will build a photovoltaic power plant (PVE) on this area and connect it to the building owner’s network. The owner will consume solar energy and rents the power plant from the investor. The rent is 80% of the value of the solar energy consumed.
The power plant will belong to the Investor for 20 years. After the lease expires, the Owner has the right to buy back the photovoltaic power plant (PVE) from €1.00.
RC-Sun will ensure all permits, project, implementation, exploitation and administration of the PVE plant.
We offer contractors the purchase of their projects. The contractor implements the project at the customer’s site, and RC-Sun provides the investor. We will also deliver panels at import prices.
