We will build a photovoltaic power plant on your roof with the funds of the investor. You buy energy at 80% of its market price.

We prepare

The optimal PV solution for your facility, considering your energy consumption and available installation space. We provide a feasibility study of the solution and a financial model.

You choose

the model that suits you: purchase or rental of solar power plants, and we will do the rest.

Project stages

Before concluding the contract, we analyse energy consumption based on profile data. (15 minutes’ interval report). We will calculate the optimal installed power so that the PVP is used for at least 90%. We will also estimate the possibility of placing sufficient power units on the roof. We will develop a proposal for the deployment of PV plants.
We will request the technical conditions for the connection.
We will prepare the project and obtain all the necessary permits.
We install and put the PV plant into operation.
The building owner consumes the PV plant’s energy for 20 years.
RC-Sun provides operation and maintenance during the lease period.
After the end of the lease, the owner of the building has the option to buy the PV for 1 Euro.
